Our

Allow us to introduce ourselves, we’re Marijke and Michaela, aka the Texas twosome takin’ over the wild west of voice-over! Second Rodeo is our name and wrangling words and spittin’ stories is our game.

We ain't just blowin' smoke; our journey started back when we were young'uns under the wing of none other than Barry Katz, legendary comedy talent manager with a client list bigger than the Grand Canyon.

We cut our teeth producing his podcast “Industry Standard,” where we saddled up with big shots like Kevin Hart, Judd Apatow, Ted Sorandos, Bill Burr, and Larry King to name a few. He taught us the ropes, and we've been two-steppin' through the world of entertainment ever since.

Y'see, we moseyed our way into animation by writing, directing, and producing for a studio that's snagged more Emmy nominations than tumbleweeds in a dust storm…31 to be exact.

But one day, we gazed across the horizon and realized we had the grit to steer our own herd. So, with a swagger in our step and a gleam in our eyes, we hopped onto our trusty steeds and galloped straight to the Lone Star State with the finest equipment and talent west of the Mississippi.

And that's how Second Rodeo Studios came to be, y'all!
